What are the ways to recycle radiators?

Radiator is one part of air conditioners and cars. With the highly increased scrap rate of air conditioners and cars, there are tens of thousands scrap radiators in the world. Radiators are mainly made by copper, aluminum and iron with proportion in 55%, 40% and 5%. As we can see, there are big value to recycle scrap radiators. So, what are the ways to recycle radiators?

Waste radiators can be recycled to get copper aluminum and iron

Radiators is hard to separate manually, here I introduce two ways to recycle radiators by machines.

First one, stripping type radiator separator machine. It can separate the copper tube and aluminum foil of the scrap air conditioner radiator or car water tanks which in good shape and in single layer and double layers. The radiators need to be cut in small pieces by radiator cutting machine then use stripping type radiator separator machine to separate copper tubes and aluminum foil.

Second one, copper aluminum radiator recycling machine. It’s a production line which can process all kinds of scrap radiators no matter in good shape or damaged or in many layers. The working process of copper aluminum radiator recycling machine includes shredding, crushing, negative pressure baffle separation, magnetic separation and air separation. Just need put scrap radiators into the machine, it will get copper, aluminum and iron automatically. Also, this machine equipped with pulse dust collector to collect dust during whole process. There is no air pollution during machine working.

Both stripping type radiator separator machine and copper aluminum radiator recycling machine can be used to recycle scrap radiators, stripping type radiator recycling machine is a small type machine with low cost but has limitation to recycle radiators in damaged, the machine need two workers to operate it. Copper aluminum radiator recycling machine is automatic production line which has no limitation for scrap radiators and the whole process are controlled by PLC control system which is easy to operate and high efficiency.
