1. Standard configuration

Copper wire processing standard configuration

The standard configuration mainly is used to processing copper wire or aluminum wire with the diameter of less than 35mm, and the processing capacity is less than 500kg/h. Mainly equipped with knife crusher, air separator, line-vibrating screen and pulse dust removal system or cyclone dust removal system. In this configuration, the separation rate of copper and plastic of the household square wire can reach 99%, and the separation rate of fine miscellaneous wires in life can also reach about 97%-98%, and there will be 2%-3% of copper mixed in the plastics inside, but the separated copper is clean. If you want to get a higher separation rate, you can additionally configure an electrostatic separator, then the separation rate can reach 99%. 2. Full-line configuration

Copper wire or aluminum wire full-line configuration

The full-line configuration is mainly composed of a double-shaft shredder, a knife crusher, an airflow separator, a double-layer magnetic separator, a line-vibrating screen and an electrostatic separator. No matter the diameter of the cables and wires, this configuration can separate copper and plastic from them with a separation rate of 99%. And if these waste wires contain iron metals or have plugs, the full-line copper wire granulator machine can also separate copper and plastic, with a separation rate of 99%. The full-line configuration has a larger processing capacity, such as 500-700kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, 1000-1200kg/h, etc., or you can customize the corresponding machine according to your processing capacity.
