Waste circuit boards are first crushed into suitable particle sizes, then undergo multiple separation processes including magnetic separation, air separation, and electrostatic separation, efficiently recovering various materials. It automatically removes the aluminum frame and junction box before crushing and sorting the remaining materials. Tunnel Furnace Recycling Line
The tunnel furnace production line removes the EVA encapsulation layer through controlled heating before subsequent material separation. Although its energy consumption is relatively higher, it offers large processing capacity and more thorough EVA removal, making it particularly suitable for customers with high annual processing volumes.
