Working Principle of E-waste PCB board recycling machine 

Crushing and classifing the circuit boards to get metal materials and non-metal materials. The separated materials get into the mixture silo for air separation. The separator is connected with the dust collector and forms horizontal air flow, making the materials to produce the motion in the horizontal direction. while the material also make vertical downward movement due to gravity. Due to different specific gravity of the mixing materials, when they pass through the separating plate of the separator, the lighter non-metallic materials and dust particles are taken away by the dust removal system, while the heavy metal materials enter the finished product recovery zone, achieving the separation of metal and nonmetal.
