On Octomer 12, 2019, one set stripping type separator machine is commisioning at DOING factory before delivered to India.

This stripping type separator machine is used to separated copper tube and aluminum foil from undamaged and deformed radiators.This radiator recycling machine is applicable to process both single and double layers radiators with different spaces between copper tubes of 19mm, 21mm and 25mm.

The following is a picture of the operation of the equipment, we can clearly see that the copper tube and aluminum foil are completely separated. The whole process is also very simple, only one person needs to operate.

The processing capacity of the stripping type radiator separator machine is 500-600 kg /h. Calculated according to the operation of eight hours per day, the raw material cost and power consumption are removed, the net profit per day is about $2,300.
