The PCB board recycling machine is a whole production line, which is designed for processing waste motherboards. It includes shredder, two crushers, eddy-vibrating screen, air separator and electrostatic separator. So its working process is shredding, crushing, sieving and separation.

The first step is shredding. When process the motherboards, what you should do is just to put them on the feeding belt conveyor, then they will be send into the shredder, which can shredd the big materials into small pieces about 2-5 cm.

The second step is crushing. These small pieces will come into the crusher. Then the crusher will crush the small pieces into 20 mesh.

Then the third step is sieving. Through wind conveyor, these small pieces will come into the eddy-vibrating screen, which is used for controlling the size of materials. The big materials more than 20 mesh will be stopped by eddy-vibrating screen, and then be sent back to the crusher for further crushing.

The forth step is air separation. The air separator will use the principle of specific gravity difference : The same size of metal' s weight is heavier than the gravity of resin fiber powder. So it can separate the metal and resin fiber easily.

The last step is electrostatic separation. Of course, there are some metals' gravity is similar to the resin fiber due to the several crushing. The air separator will not separate these materials clearly. So an electrostatic separator is needed. Based on the difference of conductive properties of metals and non-metals, in the high voltage corona electric field and high voltage electrostatic field combined with the composite electric field, the electrostatic separator will separate metals and resin fiber clearly and easily.
