The customer purchased a complete circuit board recycling equipment production line, including a supporting environmental protection system, with a processing capacity of 400-500 kilograms per hour.

This collaboration began with a Chinese customer who approached DOING with a clear requirement: a robust and efficient circuit board recycling system to handle the large volume of waste circuit boards it generates. The customer, with its in-depth understanding of the recycling process, engaged in a detailed and fruitful technical discussion during their initial meeting. The customer cited their confidence, gained by learning of DOING's successful installation in Daqing, China, as a key factor in their decision to partner with DOING.

A notable feature of this project was the client's cautious approach to investment. Equipment procurement could not proceed immediately until all necessary official permits had been obtained. Once all permits were successfully obtained, the two parties quickly advanced their collaboration on the circuit board recycling equipment. DOING engineers worked closely with the client to finalize the overall equipment configuration, ensuring that the selected units, including crushing, pulverizing, sorting, and dust removal, perfectly matched the client's operational objectives. The circuit board recycling equipment line ordered by the customer this time has a processing capacity of 400-500 kilograms per hour and a designed metal recovery rate of over 98%.
