Pretreatment

The first step in bamboo charcoal production is pretreatment. Depending on the size and moisture content of the bamboo, it may need to be crushed and dried to ensure the best carbonization effect. If the bamboo is too large, it needs to be crushed into particles smaller than 30 mm. This crushing process ensures uniform heating and efficient carbonization. For bamboo with a high moisture content, a rotary drum dryer can be used to reduce the moisture content to less than 15%. This step is critical because it helps save fuel consumption and reduce the load on the carbonization furnace.

Purification

The combustible gas generated during the carbonization process is removed by the purification and separation system, and then sucked into the combustion chamber by the induced draft fan for high-temperature incineration to generate heat to maintain the bamboo carbonization process, thereby reducing the demand for fuel. The exhaust gas generated by the dryer will be discharged after being treated by the cyclone dust collector and the exhaust gas purification tower, ensuring that the entire bamboo carbonization production process complies with international environmental regulations (EU, US, Asia, etc.).

Cooling

After the bamboo carbonization process is completed, the bamboo charcoal needs to be cooled to prevent high-temperature natural.
