We are happy to announce that on October 9, 2025, DOING signed a contract with Ghana client to supply a 5-ton biomass pyrolysis plant. This client specializes in biomass processing and runs multiple projects across Africa. On July 3, 2025, Ghana client visited our factory. Our factory covers an area of over 30,000 square meters, and our sales manager introduced our professional manufacturing team and how we manufacture biomass pyrolysis plant. We use special boiler steel plates (Q345R) to manufacture the biomass carbonization furnace body. This material is known for its high strength, excellent heat resistance, and low deformation at high temperatures, which helps extend the service life of the equipment. To ensure structural reliability, all major welds are made using submerged arc welding, a process that produces very strong and consistent welds. After welding, each weld undergoes ultrasonic testing to ensure that every piece of equipment we deliver meets stringent quality standards.Thanks to this robust manufacturing, our continuous biochar production equipment runs with very few blockages or breakdowns, which greatly reduces downtime. It operates non-stop, saving a lot on energy and labor costs. This high efficiency means our clients can process more biomass with less effort, leading to better overall economic returns.
