Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturer
Generally speaking, horizontal carbonization furnaces are divided into intermittent and continuous types according to the production process. Intermittent carbonization furnaces and continuous carbonization furnaces are two different carbonization equipment, which differ in design, operation mode, production efficiency and applicable scenarios.
The difference between intermittent carbonization furnaces and continuous carbonization furnaces:
Intermittent carbonization furnace: The intermittent carbonization furnace adopts a batch processing method. After each carbonization, the furnace needs to be cooled and cleaned before the next batch of carbonization can be carried out. This type of carbonization furnace is characterized by a relatively simple structure and no strict requirements on the size and moisture of the raw materials, so the price is relatively affordable and suitable for small-scale production or laboratory research. However, the intermittent carbonization furnace has low production efficiency, low energy utilization efficiency, and a long cooling time after each carbonization, which affects the continuity of production.
Continuous carbonization furnace: The continuous carbonization furnace can achieve uninterrupted production. The raw materials and finished products move continuously in the furnace, passing through multiple heating and cooling areas, and finally produce carbonized products. The continuous carbonization furnace has a high degree of automation and is usually equipped with an advanced PLC intelligent control system, which can improve production efficiency and product quality.
Continuous carbonization furnace
In addition, the continuous carbonization furnace can also recycle heat energy, reduce energy waste, and have better environmental performance. Due to its compact design, the continuous carbonization furnace occupies a relatively small area and is suitable for large-scale and high-efficiency industrial applications. With the development of technology, the continuous carbonization furnace has become more and more competitive in the market due to its high efficiency and environmental protection characteristics.
Working process of the continuous carbonization furnace:
Continuous carbonization furnace
Raw material preparation: such as wood, fruit shells, rice shells, straw, organic waste, etc., are crushed and dried and then sent to the carbonization furnace.
Carbonization process: The raw materials are heated to a certain temperature in the furnace, and the volatile components in the raw materials are driven out through pyrolysis reaction in an oxygen-deficient or micro-oxygen environment to form carbon. The raw materials move horizontally in the main furnace as the main furnace rotates, moving from the feed port to the carbon outlet.
Cooling process: The carbonized product is discharged from the carbon outlet. The carbon outlet is continuously cooled to a certain temperature for further processing and packaging.
Continuous carbonization furnace
The DOING continuous carbonization furnace adopts a closed system and flue gas treatment technology, which is not only safe but also environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The exhaust gas generated during the operation of the equipment will be collected and purified, or recycled for furnace heating to achieve energy recycling. This environmental performance not only meets the current environmental protection standards, but also reduces the negative impact on the environment.
